"We stayed at this hotel in Copacabana, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area was okay, but the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the shower was especially frustrating and in need of improvement. "Fantastic stay, really enjoyed it. My only recommendation for the property would be to add a wash station for the beach in front of the hotel, the lobby is very nice, but there was no way to wash your feet and legs off from the beach! Having a spray bottle is not really good enough, you need a garden hose or plumbed in wash station."
