"We stayed in the executive level so had access to the executive lounge. Which was nice but quite small. The bathrooms were a little old. Some staff were excellent, some not quite so keen to help. Very good breakfasts! The Hilton is quite a big and busy hotel but very well located "

"The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this...

"This is a small boutique hotel, which is exactly the vibe I wanted. The decor was modern and fun… the pictures don’t actually do it justice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was as described— spacious, bed was comfortable, shower nice and hot, bathroom clean… and the view from my room was exactly what I paid for— stunning! "
