"The place is in a very nice area, but the mattress has to be replaced like last year, it can’t be used at all, and the woman who great at the day we checked in is terrible with people, she should never be a customer service representative, she gave her back to us while talking in a radio with security guards, took an hour for us to leave the front desk, because she would help everyone else but us first the cottage number 4 needs new mattress urgent"

"We hand an absolutely wonderful holiday at our cottage in Oak Haven. The owner was super, location couldn't have been better. Kids loved it so much so that we rebooked for next year. If you are not looking for décor or all the comforts of home this place is perfect, loved it."
