"Everything barring the bathroom was fine. The bathroom was so terrible that it pulled down the rating for the overall property. The drain for the shower and the washbasin was the same and water used to come out of the drain while taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain was pretty filthy - did not want to even touch it. "

"The hotel was really charming and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a super cute patio with a table and chairs to enjoy. Highly recommend!"

"The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again."
