"The staff and location and price was amazing. Even amenities were amazing. Everything was 100% good. Except …I killed four bed bugs at the top floor beds who were chewing my son alive. He had so many bites. And then I noticed blood on the wall from previous bed bug murders too on top bunk bed floor. No issues with the beds on the main level."

"There was a large rat in the bathroom that pooped everywhere and was on the toilet when I arrived. Then it went under the bed. The receptionist saw the rat too but did not help me. I stayed awake all night keeping an eye on the rat. It is unhygienic and a health hazard not to mention very disturbing. Nobody helped."

"If you're looking for a hotel near the airport - this is an excellent choice! We needed a place to lay our head for the night and our family had one of the 6 bed suites. It came with 2 bathrooms and ample space to lay out our luggage and get it situated early in the morning for a long flight back home. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but he was very nice. Breakfast was delicious as well. I had a lot of options."

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, in der Rooftop-Bar hat man einen super Ausblick auf Kopenhagen. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber, vor dem Fenster befanden sich Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorgänger. Ich kann das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen."

"Rooms have ample space with comfy beds. Bathroom is a good size. Breakfast is great with hot and cold options. Excellent location, there’s easy access to the airport via M4/M2 lines which is located about 400m away. There’s a food hall located at the mall next door with different cuisines."
