"Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Free shuttle to/ from the airport was convenient but had a hard time finding the shuttle station at the airport area. Pool was small, but the water was nicely temperature controlled. Free breakfast was tasty and convenient. Elevators were slow and lots of people were stuck waiting on the first floor. Laundry room was convenient and you can pay with card to use the machines, they are all on the 9th floor though. Front desk sells detergent for about $2....

"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

"It was a very late check in because of flight delays and so we were so exhausted we just wished for a seamless check in and get our room to rest but the front desk staff Demetrius went above and beyond and made our stay a wonderful one. He was very pleasant, professional, helpful and was attentive to our needs. Thank you, Demetrius for helping us ease our stressful day"

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"The most surprising thing about this hotel is that it came with a washer dryer which was fantastic as I’ve been travelling for about a month and it was really wonderful to have that service. Plus it’s a very quirky hotel in the best way love the Clock collection!"
