"The staff, The one gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. The General Manager, was rude and had an attitude. She was nice until I engaged with her and had questions. She has triggers apparently and does not handle situations in a professional manner. The room was extremely humid. The air conditioning or the vent in the bathroom wasn't working correctly. "The room was fine, there was (what I assume to be) a paint stain on the sheets, and the top of the toilet lid had stains on it. The water ran brown at first in the shower, but it cleared up and was fine. The refrigerator did not work at all. Overall it was fine. Cheap room to have a couch. If I was actually staying in the room instead of just going there to sleep, I would not recommend."

"I got a room for the great price but it was not as advertised . They did not have a breakfast bar, the TV in the room had no cable so no new of the what the weather would be like. The biggest problem was that the door did not lock , anyone could open my door when I left the room so I couldn't leave my bags in the room they had to go with me . Would not recommend to family or friends."

"I came in from Austin. The staff both checking in/out were genuine, sincere, and fun to talk with. I didn't pick this hotel...I only came down to see ac/dc. Right off the top, there is a smoking floor. That was a flashback to the old days. But don't book this place if you are looking for the Ritz Carlton....think more "no tell-motel". I would definitely stay here again for the value and location. And it's right off 35 (ish)"
