"We had an unforgettable evening at the bar, where head bartenders Lucas and Matheo delighted us with their knowledge of favorite Polish drinks and shared fascinating details about local customs. Their willingness to spend time with us—visitors from Texas—was genuinely appreciated. We also want to extend our gratitude to front desk assistant Amma Bajan, who helped us arrange our train tickets to Krakow.
We would return to the hotel."
"This place is awesome! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the old town area and the bus stop to get anywhere else you need. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Boris who helped us multiple times. They even provided snacks, beverages and a small amenities basket. Our son loved the gummy bears. Great place. Stay here! "

"The location could not be beat!! The view of the square from our apartment was amazing. The staff, Laura was our host and Alex also helped, were both fantastic. The space was wonderful and luxurious. "

The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp. "

"You can't beat the location of this property - it is in the heart of Old Town's square with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Alex was a fantastic host who took the time to show us where to park and all the pertinent details of the apartment. I wouldn't recommend having a car while staying here because parking was far away, and expensive. However, I would recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the host company is very personable and organized."
