"I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off ."

"Please switch to hypoallergenic bedding/laundry like many other chains have done. The sheets made us itch. The TV remotes are in bad shape. Everything else was excellent."
