"Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....

"This is a bare bones motel. But the the room was cleaned, bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the staff was extremely helpful with our few requests. It was affordable. If you're not picky, you're in luck. If you are, pay more somewhere else."

"The property in general is visibly unattractive and appears to be deteriorating. The driveway/ parking lot Has potholes large enough to potentially cause damage. Our room 412 was unclean, light above sink flickered and would go off for long period of time. The gfi outlet at the sink did not work, bed was terrible. We arrived in the dark about 9pm after a long flight. Had we seen this pkace in the daytime we would not have even stopped to inquire. We hadbooked 5 days online and they refused to...

"I paid $15 for breakfast for 2 days. But to find out at the front desk it was $5 a day for breakfast. Then when I woke up it seemed like everyone and anyone was just eating breakfast for free. There was no band or ticket or any way to truly confirm that someone had paid for breakfast. And if there is a way they weren't double checking or ensuring. They ran out of food very fast. There was more people eating than the food that was provided."

"Second time staying here first time was great second time not so much. There was blood on the shower curtain when I told front desk about it they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. All they said was thank you for letting us know. Like what !? Anyway very friendly people and the rooms aren’t that bad but this just didn’t sit right with me. They didn’t even seemed like they cared."

"Staff were nice. Bathrooms were outdated and rooms had no microwaves. Conjoined rooms are extremely limited. Bed was comfortable but the blinds didn't close all the way so the sun shone in as soon as it rose. Tvs in the rooms were old so picture and sounds were in and out."

"The staff seem to polite until I brought up the point that they had cockroaches and then they became rude and disrespectful and thought it was funny that I even brought it up and complained. They refuse to give me the money for my remaining stay. So I lost money because there's no way I was going to live in there with cockroaches and rude staff that wouldn't do anything about it."
