Cher EddyNous vous remercions pour votre feedback.Néanmoins nous sommes surpris que vous trouviez notre hôtel usé car nous effectuons des travaux d'entretien au quotidien après une rénovation complète terminée en 2022.Nous allons cette znnée changer l'ensemble de l'éclairage extérieur endommagé par les fortes pluies.Quand au coût du chien il permet d'effectuer à notre société de nettoyage extérieure d'effectuer le nettoyage.Le tarif est en ligne sur notre site et celui d'Expedia également.Au plaisir de vous accueillir.Cordialement,Grégory

Dear DarellThank you for your comments and to be a loyal customer.We are really sorry for this issue during your last stay.We sell this room almost every night and few are the customers who can't sleep.This ventilation is the one for the kitchen, so when the kitchen is closed, there is no known noise.But we understand and really want to apologize if you had a bad night, specially if you had a long day driving.Next time, we will allow you in a room on the other side of the hotel, which is more quiet and on the garden side.Kind regards,Grégory
