"The lady at the cute front desk was very helpful during my stay. The gentleman who took my bags to my room, as well as operated the old-fashioned elevator, was fabulous.
The room was just beautiful and so far from a typical hotel room that I felt like I was a treasured "grand dame!" I have wanted to stay in this BOUTIQUE HOTEL since I lived in Coral Gables in the mid 80s. Back then the restaurant and the side bar were very oh-La-La French inspired.

"Clogged sink, clogged shower tub and room air conditioner not working properly. Carpet look old, honestly they need to renovate whole building . I booked this Hotel through Expedia and paid in full for the month of Jan. 2026. But when I check in to the Hotel, that was month of May, one of the front desk customer service put me on standby list # 20. Wow what a service? He doesn’t know his job.
Lucky a supervisor helped me to straighten the problem."

"We stayed here overnight prior to embarking on our first cruise. Everything about our stay was effortless. We got in pretty late and the gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even helped us arrange for affordable transport to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again for our future cruises leaving from Miami."
