Check- in desks were in an odd place. Elevator was crowded and difficult to use at times due to security feature requiring key card to go to guest floors. People sometimes missed their floor stops because they could not get to the card reader due to crowded elevator. "

"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "
