The person that helped us with check in was lovely and kind. The rooms were clean but this is not a place to stay for anyone actually hoping to get a good nights sleep. There were doors slamming constantly and music booming from rooms all over until 3:30am….my husband and I maybe got 4 hours of sleep all night before traveling on.

Excellent value! Clean, new facilities, comfortable beds, located in a safe area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Not a lot of extra amenities, but that was expected in this price range. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised!

The rooms were very new, so there was the new building smell, like a new paint job. It wasn't too overwhelming. The beds were also a little bit uncomfortable, very squeaky not in the spring squeaky but the mattress feeling like it was made from a thousand plastic bags. Otherwise, the rooms were so spacious, clean, lots of desk space, book shelves, there was even electric stove tops and a full sized refrigerator! I would definitely go back to it! In a few months, the new building smell will likely be gone, and if the beds are replaced, then it will be perfect! For the price, it's absolutely worth it. Couldn't ask for more.

This appeared like it was fairly new, but odd. No icemakers, the front desk wasn’t staffed all of the time, and the room wasn’t even 60 degrees when I went in.

Check in was a bit unnerving but fine after that

I made the reservation online. Once I got to the hotel I couldn't enter and the lobby window was closed. I called the number several times with no answer. As I was about to cancel the reservation, I tried one more time to reach the hotel and he finally answered. After that we had no issues and our stay was pleasant.

Clean property, room basic, had kitchen but you had to buy/rent everything silver wear, pots pans etc. everything was OK nothing was special. Poor sound insulation could hear noise from room above and lots of sounds from the hall. Felt like whole hotel was leaving at 5:00 am

One of the worst equipped rooms I've stayed in. New hotel, but no USB ports of any type. No drapes, just blinds to the parking lot. I read that some of the rooms have blackout drapes, but this one didn't. No hand towels, just washcloths and bath towels, all of which were damp because the room was so humid. But worst was the bed. Sure, a comfortable mattress, but it was on metal springs that squeaked every time you moved. Don't even try any rhythmic activities on the bed. No coffee anywhere in the hotel. This place is designed for customers to bring all their own stuff and live here. It has a cooktop and full size microwave and fridge. No table, just a small built in desk. Internet is free and sufficient for email.

Rip off!!!

Arrived at 10:30pm. Hotel was locked and front desk closed. There was a sign saying desk closes at 9:00. This was not mentioned in the listing. There was a phone, but repeated attempts only rendered a recording. I went elsewhere for the night.

The water pressure was non existent in the shower..has to fill a cup up to rinse soap off and shampoo out of my hair. Arrived at hotel at 9pm..front desk was closed and front door looked. Instructions to check in was on front desk . If another customer didn't let me in would

Great stay

I stayed here for a month on a business trip. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a full kitchen, but you have to purchase cook ware or bring your own. Did not receive housekeeping, but I cleaned my own room. I had no issues and will definitely stay again.
