"Great choice of breakfast. The cooked breakfast was disappointing. It was cold. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfy. All staff were friendly and helpful.The hotel is situated in a great location within walking distance to sights."

"The room is relatively spacious, and the pool view is very nice. The two windows make the space feel bright and relaxing. Overall, it is quite clean, although I did notice a small ant on the bed when packing up.
The hot tub is easy to use and heats up quickly. The toilet area and elevator are a bit on the smaller side.
Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful with luggage, directions, and taxis. There was one interaction regarding check-out time that could have been more welcoming."

"Crisol is a pretty property with ample and free on-site parking and lovely grounds; good for weddings, etc. We were there as tourists for the historical areas. It was approximately 20 Euros for a taxi each way into the Mezquita area (we got off at the Torre de la Calahorra to cross the Roman Bridge ourselves and avoid the chaos). The staff is competent and friendly and the common areas are pleasant. The room itself was spacious. The tub's shower head was broken and wouldn't stay up but there...

"Nice new hotel close to the old city. Stylish rooms. Service was average and no one ever picked up the room service number. They refused to deliver a beer to the pool area, asking me to come down to the lounge and take it, not really 5 star service "
