Very unique experience. Located in a beautiful area outside of the noisy and crowded town. With an unbelievable and stunning view from the room and lobby. Breathtaking, one of the most beautiful places I have seen in the world. From our room a wall size window filled with the Mont Blanc view in an unbelievable way. The hotel is small maybe 25 rooms. Lovely staff, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is nice. The lobby has a nice fireplace also with wall to wall windows with the colosal Mountain View. Very different from the massive chain hotels, without all the extra facilities. And without the 5 stars, but still for us a much better meaningful experience that you don’t get easily. So definitely we will back again, Will send friends and family there. Just want to thank the wonderful people of the El Rhodos for making us feel so great there! Thanks from Abe Doron

Nous avons passés une nuit en étape entre Genève et Annecy, c'était merveilleux ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu la chance de nous restaurer mais nous reviendrons à l'occasion, le propriétaire nous à recommandé des restaurant tous fabuleux ! Bel hôtel, au pieds des pistes

Super petit hôtel, bel accueil, très bonne table. Une belle adresse pour passer un séjour en couple. La situation dégagée du lieu permet d'avoir de très belles vues, quelle que soit la chambre. En plus du restaurant de l'hôtel, tenu par un chef, possibilité de se rendre à pieds chez Alcyde, juste à côté, autre belle table (plus traditionnelle) du village. Cordon est un très beau village, ambiance familiale garantie. Megève est à 20 minutes.

Nice hotel next to the ski lift

Recently renovated, chalet- style hotel, very nice sitting area with a fireplace. The room was clean and comfortable with nice views over the mountains. The hotel is above the village, 5 minutes walk to the ski lift so no need to get on the shuttle bus. Unfotunately Cordon does not have good links to Geneva airport, a train journey from Salanches takes over 2 hrs and involves 1 change. There is an infrequent bus from Salanches too but we have not tried it. The easiest option is private transfer, it cost us 100 Euros one way.

Hôtel très agréable, accueil sympathique, dîner et petit déjeuner excellent, j'y suis resté qu'une nuit et c'est dommage pour moi. La vue est très agréable. Petit bémol sur l'isolation entre les chambres mais j'y retournerais avec plaisir. À conseiller.

Short ski break

We had a lovely stay in Les Rhodos. It was a short break for skiing and we managed to enjoy the scenery and local ski facilities. The town was pretty small and quiet but the hotel offered nice food and was a great place to relax so it worked out well. There is a shuttle bus that takes people from the village to the top of the hill near the ski school a few times a day which is good but it doesn't run at night which we felt would have been better.

Excellent séjour de 5 jours.

Accueil très cordial. Les chambres ont une décoration originale, l'espace est un peu compté mais suffisant et tout à fait fonctionnel, la salle de bain est parfaite, et cerise sur le gâteau, la vue sur le Mont-Blanc est sublime, d'autant plus que nous avons eu un soleil magnifique. Le service est excellent, tout comme les petits déjeuners et les repas. Juste à signaler pour les personnes à qui cela pourrait poser problème, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Je recommande sans équivoque ce sympathique, confortable et original Hôtel, très bien situé sur "le balcon du Mont-Blanc" dans un écrin de verdure et parfaitement au calme!

Virkelig godt hotel med meget hjælpsomt personale. Deres morgenmad er dog forholdsvis dyr og temmelig ringe, og vi savnede lidt et køleskab på værelset, men derudover var vores ophold en fornøjelse, og vi vil klart anbefale hotellet.

Et virkelig godt hotel med en fantastisk udsigt. Vi boede der i 5 dage og var meget tilfredse med opholdet. Der er et godt og varieret morgenbord, men restauranten var en skuffelse. Dog er der gode alternativer i området. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme.
