"The room was simple, neat and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. What really stood out to us, though, was how incredibly kind all of the staff were. We were greeted as we checked in, greeted any time we passed staff - everywhere we turned there were friendly employees eager to answer questions or give directions. It was so very nice. On top of that, the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious - sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and a make-your-own-waffle...

"The suite was okay, nice size but nothing special for a suite and for the price. The toilet kept getting clogged-had to call maintenance 4-5 times in 2 days.
I had an issue with the front desk rep telling me that I would have to use the restroom in the lobby (3 floors down) because it was after hours and no one was there to fix.
On a better note, the manager was great! She had someone come right up to fix the toilet but it was almost check out time, so she made accommodations for us that we...

"Room recently looked to be redone but overall had a damp smell to it. Enough so I went out to buy an air fresher after the first night. Pool area and lobby were nice. Parts of the room including signage, thermostat, etc were super old looking."
