"I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location was nice, the space clean, my room was spacious, but the staff interactions were absolutely demeaning and disrespectful.
The issue involved a staff member who used derogatory languague toward a member of my family while she asked to use the lobby restroom while we were checking-in. The incident was immediately reported to front desk staff, but there was no meaningful response at the time, we were told we may have misunderstood...

"Afordble. Room #1 had a bucket 1/3 full of water. Looking up, there was water damage in the ceiling. The room smelled bad. Reported it to desk clerk and she moved us to another room. Our #2 room had a water leak from the faucet which spilled water onto the counter when engaging the faucet. We just kept a bathtowel there to absorb the water. Thanks for having lots of towels on hand. We wouldn't ever stay there again."
