"This is a condo that is being subleased. The key is sitting in a mailbox. There is security, Good Hot Water, & internet as well as a smart TV with Netflix however the room is dirty with no soap in the shower. "

The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area.
