"När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp.
Vårt rum hade Swim-up-pool längst till vänster i korridoren. Det gjorde att vår del av poolen var där poolpersonalen gjorde sitt underhåll, alltså: oväntat besök på vår...

"We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special.
