Hotelli oli viihtyisä ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Uima-allasalue oli rauhallinen. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Lähellä oli kauppoja, ravintoloita ja uima-ranta. Perheemme nautti kovasti rauhallisesta lomailusta Benitsesissä.

Appartamento in linea con aspettative.

Location ok per girare l'isola e accedere a Corfù; pulizia, colazione e piscina ottimi. Personale molto disponibile ed impegnato per metterci a ns agio. In un attimo si accede a spiaggia, ristoranti, passeggiata serale e vasta scelta x noleggio auto/moto. Consiglio sicuramente la struttura specie per periodo non troppo affollato. Mi sento soddisfatto della scelta sia come struttura che come meta, l'isola va esplorata!!

Personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant

Hôtel très calme avec piscine très bien entretenu à l'écart du bruit de la rue car en reclu. (1des seul)qques hic ! Fermée le soir à 19h en plein été de tte la partie piscine y compris les tables avec chaises pour se poser le soir ! Parce que les appart (ex pour 4)ne sont dotés que d'1tout petit balcon ou terrasse accessible pour 2! Et c'est le soir à la fraîche que l'on peut profiter de l'extérieur. Autre hic le petit dej. Très mauvais et surtout fin à 9h! Alors qd on est en vacances et que le soir on s'est couché tard, on ne va pas prendre son petit dej a 7hdu mat! Mais bon lorsque j'ai réservé j'ai vu des avis datant de 2011 sur le petit dej identiques aux miens ! (2016!) Et rien n'a changé depuis ! Maisle personnel est là tjrs faire mieux dans le quotidien des vacanciers. Je dis bien dans le quotidien pas dans ce qui est instauré par la direction de l'hôtel ! Le dernier hic c'est censé être un appart hôtel donc le ménage et les lits fait par le personnel comme à l'hôtel et une cuisine pour faire de la cuisine comme ds un appart ! Sauf que la aussi pas top ! Pas d'épluche légume, pas de grd saladier, Pas de poêle qu'1sauteuse ,pas de tir bouchon par contre accessoire inutiles (un chauffe lait et des récipients pour mettre le sel et le poivre), pas de cafetière ! Juste une bouilloire ! Dc que du café en poudre ! le même qu'au petit dej! sinon hotel tres bien pour familles avec enfants en bas âges qui petit dej tôt et cadre très agréable. Le reste ne sont que des détails

Hôtel pleins de surprises !!!!!

Bonjour, Corfou est une destination formidable pour un couple comme nous,un des gros problèmes rencontrés aura été de ne pouvoir prendre de douche (en l'absence d'eau) pendant 2 jours et uniquement dans les chambres du 2ème étage.D'après la réception le problème venait d'un mauvais réseau sur l'île mais sans nous donner de solution comme nous changer tous simplement d'étage!!! Ce qui nous à particulièrement énervés à été le refus catégorique de la réceptionniste de nous permettre de nous doucher dans l'une des chambres disponibles de l'hôtel. Il aura fallu (tenez vous bien)nous laver à la fontaine extérieure face à la réception pour que le lendemain comme par hazard,le réseau fut rétabli.UNE HONTE!!!! puis je vous évite le petit déjeuner qui ne ressemble a rien (pizza,chips,café soluble,vaisselle sale.....)et enfin un accès à la piscine très limité car fermeture des portes à 19h00. Dommage que je n'ai pas pris le temps en amont de lire qlqs forums,cela m'aurait éviter bien du stress et des prises de tête avec cette réceptionniste. Voila je vous conseille de bien prendre note de cela pour vos futures clients!!!! Cordialement.

The only thing I could complain about is the selection of food for breakfast, it was a very poor choice.marina, who served the breakfast made it as nice as she possibly could, also kept accommodation very clean

Nice friendly hotel with pool near beach

We arrived at midnight, after reception closed but had arranged to be met at the entrance and were shown to our room. The apartment was a very good size for 3 people with 2 outside areas one a large terrace with views of the sea and the other a balcony at the side which was nice to sit at in the shade as it was very hot. The staff were all very friendly, chatting with us and helpful. When the toilet flush broke it was mended straightaway. The swimmig pool was very clean and the whole pool area was lovely with a lot of sunbeds and a covered area with tables and chairs.so you could sit out of the sun. The room was clean and although the furniture is basic there was a lot of drawer and cupboard space and hanging space in a wardrobe. Mattresses are a little harder than we're used to and the pillows really too hard, next time we would bring our own o hopefully they might have been chnaged! Breakfast was a buffet style and reasonable for the price we paid for this holiday. One morning we arrived later and so there wasn't so much out but when we asked more was brought out and there was yoghurt in a big bowl with fruit jam but honey would be nice as well as its something we look forward too with Greek yoghurt. We had read the reviews of other people who had stayed here in the last few weeks which were quite negative so we were a bit concerned about what we would find but happily are able to totally disagree with what these said. Overall good value for money.

Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale dette sted. Vi har boet på dette hotel i 2 uger og det var en meget blandet fornøjelse. Til at starte med er værelset perfekt med ekstra køkkenalrum hvor bla. børnene kan sove i køjeseng og der var vaskemaskine, dog på græsk så man ved ikke hvordan den skal betjenes. Der var aircondition installeret og det er jo nødvendigt i varme grækenland, problemet var bare at den kunne ikke stilles, den var konstant sat til arktisk kulde. Personalet kunne ikke slukke den. Jeg måtte selv åbne den for at slukke den om natten, mine børn fik hoste pga. den. En simpel ting som toiletpapir, nærmest umulig at få af hotellet, vi måtte selv købe ved nærmeste købmand. Når man bestiller sit ophold og betaler beløbet der ikke kan refunderes, skrives der at der er morgenmad inkluderet. Det var perfekt for os, med 2 små børn er det en vigtig start på dagen. Dog bestod morgenmaden af konstant mangel på brød, pålæg, juice og kaffen var bare det billigste instant der var hældt i en skål. Jeg og min familie mødte heldigvis lokale mennesker der gjorde at vi fik en god oplevelse med Corfu. Men vi kommer aldrig tilbage til dette elendige hotel. Lad mig slutte af med dette. Dagen før vores afrejse beder vi receptionen om at hjælpe os med bestilling af taxi til dagen efter til lufthavnen, vi får at vide at de gerne vil hjælpe, men kom på dagen, en halv time før, så klarer de den. Vi kommer på dagen, en halv time før og der er ingen personale i receptionen og der kommer ingen.

Le personnel est super.Par contre le petit déjeuné est vraiment pas terrible.Pas de lait au chocolat pour les enfants.les fruits pas vraiment murs et abimés.Pas de vrai café.En fait le petit déjeuné ne ressemble pas du tout a celui de la photo sur internet.La viennoiserie était immangeable. Par contre l’hôtel a essayé d'encaisser la totalité du séjour sur notre carte bleue avant notre arrivée,ce qui n'est pas indiqué sur le site expedia et nous a provoqué de sérieux problemes car ma carte s'est retrouvée bloqué car ayant atteint sa limite de retrait sur 30 jours.Heureusement que j avais une autre carte!!!

Drosjesjoføren fant ikke fram da vi kom på natta, så var ingen god start. Var ikke oppgitt eksakt adresse i bestillinga... Leiligheta var stor og grei. Vi hadde vannlekasje på badet som det tok to døgn å få fikset. Ingen beklagelse fra hotellet.. Dårlig frokost. Komplekset ligger skjermet, veldig stille og rolig. Nært strand og butikker. Fint bassengområde, men stengt bassengbar.

Ferie på Korfu

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed med flot udsigt udover vandet og med kun 100 meter ned til Benitses by og til stranden. God og fin størrelse pool, hvorved man både kan sole sig samt sidde i skyggen samt kæle med kattekillinger. Byen Benitses er utrolig hyggelig, rolig og meget autentisk. Mange restauranter ligger 2 meter fra stranden, hvorved man næsten sidder ved vandet og spiser. Personalet var utroligt søde og smilende, og altid hjælpsomme. Værelset havde en fin størrelse, men aircondition virkede ikke særligt godt, så det var ulideligt varmt om natten. Hotellets morgenmad er virkelig ikke særlig god.

Appart-Hôtel accueillant.

Cet appart-hôtel est très bien. Ce sont des studios très bien aménagés. Cuisine complète et même une machine à laver le linge. Le breakfast buffet était inclus. A part le café et les croissants (c'est du Nescafé et les croissants ne sont pas terribles) tout était parfait. L'Hôtel est situé un peu en hauteur-on ne peut pas y venir en voiture- à la sortie sud de Benitses.

Beautiful view of the sea in air-conditioned room

We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay in the apartment....lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Marina - the lovely local villager who maintained the premises, put out our morning buffet and kept our room clean. She was always available, friendly and spoke multiple languages. I enjoyed practicing my Greek with her. She also waters and cares for all the lovely plants around the facility. We also enjoyed the clean and beautiful pool.

at first arriving at night it was a bit daunting walking down the side streets to get to the resort but when we got there we were happy. we booked with expedia and when we got on the coach the lady said that no one would be there when we arrived so the key would be left on reception. trying to find our way to our room was hard because there was no lighting out the front of the rooms.
