We had a lovely stay at Melina Oasis. Customer service was outstanding. Location was superb, right in the centre of Kassiopi and nearby beaches. Room was very clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

A lovely hotel for a few days

Our stay was excellent. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location was really good. The room was lovely (we were upgraded to a suite) and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor by the main street there wasn't any issue with noise. We enjoyed the breakfast. The pool was small but it was great to have it on hot days to be able to dip in and out of. When we checked out our flight was late in the evening and we were allowed to use the hotel facilities for the day which was great.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance to all of the shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. I stayed here on my own, with my parents staying at a nearby hotel, and I felt so safe staying on my own. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. The food at breakfast was good and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Smart boutique hotel

Good breakfast and comfortable modern room in a small quality boutique hotel. Outdoor area is at the side of the hotel but screened from the street. Bathrooms a little small.

Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning in the bedroom in the family suite. With 40 degree heat in summer a fan just blew warm air around room it was like a sauna. We ended up having to move mattresses into the lounge part and sleep on the floor just so we could cool down enough to sleep. Staff very friendly and lovely breakfast with gorgeous honey. If rooms were air conditioned we would return however due to not having this we could unfortunately not return 😕

The hotel was lovely, clean, friendly staff and tasty breakfast, am now hooked on Greek yoghurt and honey. The location was also perfect for restaurants, a drink watching the sun go down or the beach. We hope to return soon. Apple Maps currently has the castle and this hotel mixed up which did make finding it on the first night interesting.

Great hotel with friendly staff

A very nice hotel in the centre of Kassiopi. All the staff were very friendly and our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast choice was very good and nicely cooked and presented. Despite being located in the town center, we had no issues with noise. Due to its location, the pool is small but we had no issue getting a lounger each day. I would have no hesitation returning.

The rooms are really comfortable, great shower and very modern. Loved the location right in the heart of Kassiopi so just a stroll to the harbour for dinner. I selected this hotel instead of its sister Melina Bay because it had car parking and we always found a space. So a great place to tour the area from. Breakfast had an amazing selection far bigger than anything I have had in Greece before. Lots of fresh fruit, different juices, savoury danishes as well as the usual cooked options. So continental and and English. Staff were very friendly, would definitely stay here again.
