"Our family loved staying at Pegasus Rooms! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and responded quickly to my many questions before we arrived. The room was perfect, with a beautiful view, a bunk bed for our kiddo, and a small kitchen space. Breakfast in the rooftop garden was a lovely start to the day. A perfect home base to explore the neighbouring historical sites. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"When you are told at reception on checking in to call 100 if you need anything, but then find the telephone in the room is broken, you know you have not picked a great hotel. When you then report the problem and find out the reception staff were fully aware the phone is broken when they told you to ring, your experience starts to feel surreal. I could forgive that and acknowledge I had a comfortable sleep, but the biggest shock was to come when i went for breakfast well within the advertised opening hours (7.15-10.15) at 8.15, to find everything dark. When i asked, somebody was sent to start things up, but there was nothing fresh: just yesterday's packaged white bread (no rolls, croissants etc), yesterday's sliced cheese and ham, cold eggs, one half carton of yesterday's lukewarm juice and some spreads. Such a shame the hotel does not make an effort as the location is good and it would otherwise be a good value simple accommodation. As it is I cannot give a higher rating. "

"Clean room. Polite and kind staff. Powerful air conditioning helped mitigate the non-functional radiators. Very reasonably priced room with a genuine sea view in most of the rooms. One of the rooms we stayed in did not have a ventilator/exhaust in the bathroom but had a small skylight instead. Inconsistent hot water in the shower at times. "

"Better than I ever imagined!! The room was spacious, clean with a gorgeous balcony and view! Easy and lovely walk to dinner or local restaurants. The biggest surprise was an incredible fresh, local breakfast on balcony. I cannot wait to come again! Thank you!!"

"Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. No normal greeting or help with luggage at arrival, hotel is a little worn, buffet at 25 Euro not worth it. Some of the fruit was canned and not fresh. Sunset was beautiful. "

"The Grand Hotel Loutraki was in a good location, the room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The building is old and I guess it would be fair to say the aesthetic was tired but clean and fully met our needs for a night of lodging. It had heat and AC. The mattresses were very firm but large - real king size! There is no nearby parking but they can’t help that and the car was fine the next day. "
