"Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Keystone Lodge. We had a dog friendly room that was on the ground level and very convenient to take our dogs out. We loved the patio too. This is an older lodge with signs of wear and tear. The rooms and bathroom are quite large but the rooms could use a face-lift. Especially the carpets and baseboards. The pool was nice but they dont allow outside food and drink which is very unusual...the steamroom and hot tub were great! We would definitely come back and stay...

"This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away."

"The price is worth it, especially for the views. Breakfast was okay, could've used some variety for the protein part, but not too bad; amenities were great, there's the spa and fire pit. Staff were friendly."

"Wow, where do I start. From the checking in I was advised about a parking fee that I was only able to use once since there is limited parking (but got charged for two nights). The elevators need some serious work as they were both pretty jumpy. Breakfast was not well maintained with most of the offerings being empty at 8AM (just not on top of it). Ice machines were all broken. However, all in all the room was comfortable and clean and the property was pretty well maintained."
