"We loved everything about our stay! Gorgeous property, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, room was perfectly appointed. Christie’s Pub on property was tasty and convenient. We could have spent all day in the Woolen Mills store (also on site) - it was amazing! And it’s just a 6 minute walk to Blarney Castle which was fantastic, including gorgeous grounds."

The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with several requests - ordering a taxi, food delivery, private lounge access while waiting to check in. The included continental and sit-down hot breakfast service were a very nice addition. Restaurant staff were lovely. "Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Minibar op de kamer en ruime kamer voor 3 personen en badkamer. Helaas was onze kamer nog niet klaar ondanks de aangegeven aankomsttijd en bleek een bed niet opgemaakt. Koffiebar, restaurant, grote gezellige lounge. Op loopafstand van het centrum en busstation. Wijk niet zo sfeervol maar prima hotel"

"It was good place to stay. Clean and very central for the city. Staff was nice enough but could have been more helpful."

"Was a great stay. Staff were great and a nice pub in the lobby"

"Nice vibe, clean rooms, and a great shower. Rooms were on the small-ish side, though, with little manoeuvring room when our suitcases were open. Great location with lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had breakfast on the top floor, which was very good and reasonably priced."
