"Very old style. The rooms were lacking. Walls were scratched up-carpet was stained. It was clean. And the lobby was beautiful! Breakfast was really good, but lacking good customer service. Boiler broke down first day there. Had no hot water or heat. They did switch me over to a really nice hotel and paid for it themselves. So that was very nice!"
"Loved my stay. I always stay here when flying to and from Ireland. I love the hotel because it’s at the airport, which makes my travel super easy. The staff is superb. "
"Showers unusable in our two rooms. Blazing hot water and nothing else.
Restaurants were under staffed.
Food was good and there were multiple restaurants. "
