The lobby was beautiful, the fire places, the bar, the dining outside was pretty, the food was delicious, the breakfast options were fantastic, the gym, sauna, the staff , convenient parking and candles smelled amazing!

Checkin was very good and fast. Rooms are maintained very well. Breakfast is excellent. One day they forgot to clean our room and once we called, this was done even though it was late in the evening. Iron in the room was leaking and the same issue was with the replacement which was promptly provided.

Loved this place! The rooms were not exciting but clean, quiet, and comfortable. The best parts are the location and communal areas. Great lobby, bar, restaurant areas that were comfortable and inviting to hang out with our family. Beautiful outdoor area with heating to enjoy a drink and play card games. Short walk to the downtown area for shopping and eating. We loved Cork! Parking is a bit of a nightmare but it all worked out.

The hotel is great. We had a spacious room with a river view. We received a very warm welcome and the bars and restaurants are all stylish with good food and a great atmosphere. I want to give it five stars but the main reason I haven't is because we couldn't sleep because the room was so hot. We booked the hotel specifically because it had air conditioning but the air conditioning in the room did not work. It was running, but inadequate. The river sides of the hotel are glass so I felt like a green banana in a greenhouse. Two nights with no sleep is tough. Such a shame because otherwise, the hotel is fabulous.

Beautiful hotel right on the river. Very walkable area full of pubs, shopping, restaurants. The best part of my trip was The river Lee hotel!!! The staff was amazing helpful and the food in all the restaurants was amazing.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy walking distance to center city and a short drive to South Ring Road. Entrance to car park was too narrow and free parking tickets didn’t always work. Food in the River Lee Club was disappointing and could be improved.

From checkin, lunch in the bar, dinner in the restaurant we received fantastic service that you dont find everywhere. The staff knew our names had great suggestions for local places to visit, the hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, the food was superb. Our room was spacious and we loved our stay.
