"location is great just a 5 minute walk away from the city centre it was busy when we stayed so im assuming thats why the staff there were at times rude and unhelpful i have stayed here many a time and have never experienced this before so its a shame"

Sheets too small (don’t tuck in at top or bottom of bed, so crease up a lot as you move through the night). Beds not the comfiest for me. Breakfast ok - usual options, but lacks variety. Plenty of other options nearby. Overall though, this hotel met our needs really well,"
