Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 however we did not get our cabin until almost 7:00. We had food in coolers with ice melted and all we got was apologies, nothing was done to compensate us in anyway. The water park was not the greatest either. It was absolutely amazing the only downside which is not any of the staffs fault is that the fire alarm went off at about 3:30am but other than that it was a terrific stay and I will be back!
