Cet hôtel est fait pour les amoureux de la nature aimant le calme, en pleine jungle, loin du bruit de la ville mais loin aussi de Coron à 30 mns en voiture. Une navette gratuite pour la ville de Coron est mise à disposition pour 1 aller/retour par jour jusqu'à 19h00 (dernier retour de Coron). Donc impossible de dîner à Coron. Et c'est bien dommage car le restaurant du Busuanga n'est pas top. Souvent seuls le soir, parfois 1 autre table mais pas très chaleureux. Il est très cher d'où ce sentiment d'être obligé de dîner dans l'hôtel en payant cher sans se régaler alors qu'il est facile de trouver beaucoup moins cher et bien meilleur à Coron. D'autre part, il est inadmissible que le restaurant facture un supplément de 10% pour taxes et service sans que ceci ne soit noté ni sur la carte ni dans le restaurant. Nombreux produits de base sont manquants alors qu'ils sont proposés sur la carte. Un service manquant de professionnalisme sur la connaissance des plats. Un restaurant immense, désert, mais avec le nom des clients inscrits sur chaque table comme "réservé" donnant l'illusion de la fréquentation des clients au restaurant. D'où l'impossibilité de choisir une table, seuls, dans un resto immense. Il a fallu négocier pour une table plus agréable alors que le resto était vide!! Je n'ai tjs pas compris cette façon aussi désagréable de ne pas vouloir satisfaire le client! Quel dommage! Cet hôtel est magnifique par son environnement, sa conception architecturale mais dénué de vie!

General area is quiet. There should be a designated area for smoking not in the restaurant. It took 2 days for maintenance to check on hot water temperature on the shower. Overall stay is good .

The property was dirty and seemed rundown. The air conditioning did not function properly. The restaurant food was not good and much was not available. The transportation to and from the town was reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pizza on the menu were not available. Poor night crew service at the restaurant. Meals came one by one. We did not eat at the same time. Some orders did not come. Breakfast crew were great, they accommodated our dangiit orders every breakfast. Love the breakfast menu. Overall it was a great stay. Place very clean. Very secluded and serene. The driver, Bok, was great .

Loved our stay at this hotel!

Our room is very spacious , clean with quiet surroundings. The staff are very nice, efficient and gracious. It's a little far from the town but there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the town for your sightseeing tours and dinner. We want to thank everyone of the staff from front desk, housekeeping , restaurant especially Chef Ellie who cooked us our delicious dinner of meat and fish from the market . We also want to thank the driver Vladimir who went above and beyond in helping us to buy cake and flowers for my sisters birthday dinner which by the way the sweet and sour lapu-lapu that chef Ellie cooked was so yummy! Sometimes it's not the place but it's the people who works in that place that makes the difference . We were sad to leave... Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Had an excellent stay here and would definitely recommend Busuanga Island Paradise! Very nice and secluded hotel, making it perfect for a relaxing and quiet stay. It is about a 20 minute drive from Coron Town, but they offer a complimentary free shuttle to and from the hotel, making it very easy to get to the town. You can call them in advance to arrange for airport transfer (at a cheap added cost). Staff are knowledgeable and polite, can help you organize island hopping tours if you ask. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Wifi only works at the restaurant. The restaurant has a lot of good and cheap eats if you'd like to opt to have dinner there instead of the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers looking for places in Coron!

Beautiful landscaping throughout the resort. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice. Power went out a lot...which in the middle of the night means you’re waking up in a pool of sweat...but hey, it’s the Philippenes!! WiFi not so good. The friendliness of the staff made up for everything else

Prima hotel, heerlijke plek. Weliswaar wat verder weg van Coron Town, maar dat wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt met een dagelijkse mogelijkheid heen en weer te worden gereden naar het stadje. Bovendien is alles te regelen door de geweldige mensen van de receptie. Geweldig personeel, de keuken is echter beperkt, maar ach, kniesoor die daar op let.

If you want a quiet, relaxing and serene vacation in Coron, Palawan. If you want to stay in a place where it feels less like a Spring Break atmosphere...then Busuanga Island Paradise is the place for you. With super friendly and attentive staff, they will go the distance to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Of course its not perfect, no place is. But the positives of this place far out weigh it's negatives. It's a bit away from the town proper, but the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to take you back and fourth to and from the resort. Can't say enough about the super clean rooms and comfortable accommodations. And the staff?...once again, they're the best.

My favourite place away from the town

Team of staff so organised. There are only 17 room so the staff easily keep a track of where you are, your itinerary and do are able to have things ready for you in advance such as shuttle aervices to and from Coron Town and Airport. You can just text them and they’ll come and get you. Personal level of service is great!

Def recommend for quality of rooms for price

Excellent staff and rooms were very clean. Restaurant in location serve tasty dishes, though be prepared for a very long wait after you’ve given your order. Location is 30min away from town/airport but they do offer shuttle services for a fee. Also poor WiFi/internet, but I think that’s how it is for most of the island. But would def still recommend this place

Peace and quiet

BIP was such a pleasant resort to stay in and was a quiet, peaceful resort. The rooms were spacious and well-planned. The restaurant had excellent service; it’s best, though, to order ahead to ensure they have what you want. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice place to stay

Very nice hotel, a bit far from the Center but the hotel has a shuttle service that will drop you and pick you in the center. The place is very nice and calm with a beautiful swimming pool. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are not very comfortable. But nevermind, we had a great stay anyway.

When things don’t go as planned, don’t stress!

We booked this place by mistake because according to Hotel.com map, we thought it was in Coron town. Also because of slow internet connection we didn’t really check on goole map or reserch too much abou it. When we arrived Coron, the tricycle driver told us it’s about 30min away from the town circle. With no other choice we paid P300 to this hotel. To our surprise, we realized it was in actual fact a resort in a remote area. The staff welcomed us very warmly and showed us around. There was a nice clean pool, a pool side bar and a restaurant. Our room was very spacious and clean. The chalet had a nice porch too. It really felt like staying in the jungles. Everything was well kept but still gave a very into the nature feel. The restaurant offered variety of food and were delicious. The breakfast was great too. The resort also offers one free round trip to Coron town. A place to stay if you want some quiet time and don’t really care about going out at night. It was the most wonderful mistake we had made!

Perfect place for me

The hotel is located away from the city and thats the way i like it. I dont have to listen to loud music of bar and the noise of vehicle on the street.

First trip to Coron

Great experience staying in this resort. The staff are very helpful and the amenities are good. It’s close to the mountains so it’s very quiet and relaxing.
