"Everything was OK except for breakfast. Do not expect a good continental. There were just a couple of choices you can find elsewhere much better."

"I arrived to find that there were no towels in my room and a cockroach crawling on the cabinet! I went to tell the front desk and she just shrugged and handed me the towels. I went back up to my room and as I was getting my cats kennel ready (because I was not going to let him walk around the filthy room) a bed bug crawled out from near the headboard next to me. I've never packed up so fast in my life!! I went back down to the desk and told her I was not staying there and I wanted a refund. She just winced when I said there are bedbugs, and said 'sorry'. I told her I wanted a refund and she said to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they were unable to get a hold of the hotel staff to get it resolved and credited! I AM NOT HAPPY with this place OR Expedia right now!!! I will be disputing the charges!!!"

"Clean comfortable rooms that have been nicely remodeled. Nice pool, also very clean. There is a fun arcade room and decent breakfast. The area isnt the nicest but the parking lot and all of the hotel is gated so tou dont even know. It is however very close to shopping and food in a newer area. "

"The room w 2 beds was comfy and spacious. Housekeeping ladies and the front desk guys were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. We stayed 10 nights here without any problems."

"The outside property is fine, the rooms are old and outdated. The air conditioner is centrally controlled by the hotel. We were hot all night. "
