"It was a pretty good breakfast and for the low price the hotel was it was good. My only complaint is the pillows on the bed were bumpy and uncomfortable like they hadn’t been replaced in years. Other then that it was good!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved this spot. We were trying to find some place close to home but also close to water. Since we heard the water on Corpus and Mustang Island was looking great we decided to go. Totally worth it! Lively was a advertised. Quiet, peaceful, quick walk to the beach. The room was more like a small apartment with all the creature comforts. It was very reasonably priced, super clean, cute, great view, private, ice cold a.c., and we felt very safe. You have to have a code...

"Absolutely perfect with a 1 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful interior design. Nancy at the front desk was so sweet, understanding & accommodative. Other staff was friendly as well! I will be coming back- especially with all the wonderful additions they have on the way. "

"Room was a studio, very spacious and clean. Dishes and utencils supplied. A regular sized refrigerator, sink and microwave. Clean good sized bathroom. AC worked very well and the pool was a plus. Beds a bit soft but thats the way I like them. Easy and free parking as well as a good breakfeast and coffee. Staff was great. Definitely would stay there again and highly recommend. "
