Friendly staff. Great location. Dive bar was run down but convenient. Hotel room was ok. The hotel needs some serious TLC but it’s not a 5 star hotel sooooo. Overall it was a good spot to rest up for a few days at the beach.

Play needs a major renovation , carpets are filthy in the hallways, I wouldn’t let a dog sleep on the pullout bed, beach access is OK. The outdoor bar is pretty cool. Other than that I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Had a great one night stay for our first time. We will definitely be back as regulars. Pool and bar over the beach was my favorite.Restaurants food was very good also. Staff was on point and rooms and other amenities were great. Glad we found it.

This property its poorly maintained showing very noticeable damage to the pool, walls, hallways, everywhere. The bathroom in my room had mold on the ceiling, Everything in the room felt wet from high humidity. The public bar, attached to the hotel pool, had karaoke night during the week which was very loud. I was not comfortable with my 5 year old being in that so we were unable to use the pool later in the day.

Great location. i read the reviews first and noted while I was there how spot on they were and see why the rating is so low. The hotel is ok, nice bed. i first got there and they gave me a dirty room not cleaned yet, but then switched a different room but I had to go through the third degree. Seems like the staff dont want to be there, smelly building and can see minimal effort is placed to maintenance. Tiny elevators. Location is awesome, its a shame they dont put more effort in making the paradise that it can be.

It seems to be a very old and out dated property. We had the corner suite on the top floor and while it seems they tried to update it, it was not fully done. Water pressure was next to nothing and the bathroom was small and awkward. But, the location is top tier! With this property you’re definitely paying for the location! The staff was amazing and friendly! The bar/restaurant was awesome! The food was delicious and the prices were great for being on the beach! Over all I’d give it a 3 out of 5 stars. They just need to put some effort into the finishes in the rooms, and update the pool area. Way too many birds in there bathing and pooping everywhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, it’s a mixed bag. The beachfront location is a definite highlight, perfect for those looking to soak up the sun. However, in my opinion, the accommodations didn’t quite match the price point. While the poolside bar had some reasonably priced drinks, the overall condition of the hotel left something to be desired. The rooms were comfortable enough, but they could definitely use some updates. The lack of a balcony was also a letdown, as I like to enjoy the sea breeze. And while I appreciated the beach access, don’t expect the amenities to reflect the cost. If you're primarily looking for a beachside spot, it might still work, but be prepared for some imperfections during your stay.
