"Both keys we received didnt work & I had to make another trip to the front to re-scan the keys. The room we stayed was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we had to hear loud elevator noise & sound from the street all night long. I'm hesitant to even leave the review because I don't know if it was just our room or if they're all the same, but our issue was how hard the beds were and the pillows were horrible.
