Hilton has gone downhill. Maintenance much needed. Didn’t enjoy sharing my space with full time live ins. Ranch slider was broken. Staff vacant and just made excuses. What’s worse is that I have stayed here loyally for the past 8 years. Now disappointed

We stayed here for a Holiday weekend for 2 nights. I was very disappointed with the chipped and damaged furniture low budget room quality. This place should also consider air freshner at the opening of the lobby it smelled like dirty diaper mixed with old lady perfume. The only highlight was the indoor pool for my toddler. Also the hotel front desk was pretty clear that because we booked through expedia we would not get a refund. Also the front desk needs to get trained in customer service they didnt offer is any compensation for the plumber having to come out twice for a clogged sink that happened prior to our check in. Two thumbs down!!
