The hotel is low key in the morning but that changes quickly once the music starts playing at the pool mid morning!! We absolutely loved the pool party! If you’re lucky enough to get a chair by the pool you’ll have a dedicated waitress bringing you drinks and food all afternoon! So fun!! I will say trying to get a drink at the bar on a Friday night was straight up crazy! It took an hour! Not complaining just saying! We ate at the diner every morning! It was so good! The early morning staff on the weekend at the diner was wonderful! Really I have no complaints! We had a wonderful time!"

I specifically booked and was promised a city view, but instead, my room overlooked the parking lot. The pool area itself was enjoyable, but the drink service was very slow. The bar was constantly packed, which made ordering and waiting forever for drinks - hotel needs more servers so we’re better accommodated. The pool restroom also needs much more attention and regular cleaning. It was in very poor condition every time I used it during my stay. Lastly, I was disappointed that my request for a late checkout could not be accommodated. Considering the amount of money I spent at the hotel during my stay, I expected a little more flexibility and better overall service."

"The building itself is old, but the room was well maintained with up to date furnishings. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pool and spa areas were beautiful with a lot of trees, plants, grass and an overall elevated vibe in this part of the property."
