I want to commend Art at the front desk for his outstanding service. When I requested to extend my stay from one night to two, he accommodated me by upgrading my room to a suite since my original room was already booked for the following night. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help.
However, I am very unhappy with the way the billing was handled. My boss had paid for the first night at the online rate of $437.00, and then we paid for two additional nights at $548.00 each. While we did receive a refund for one night, it was only for the $437.00 rate instead of $548.00. This means my company was charged $548.00 twice when we should have only been charged once at that rate.
This is not only incorrect but also unfair—especially given the additional stress we were already experiencing from airline issues. I hope management will review this situation and make it right.
