"The room was clean and well air conditioned. My only complaint is that the bathroom is not well lit if you’re trying to do your hair or makeup. The free breakfast was incredible, and you also get a discount at the cafe next door to the hotel. The hotel is located in a great place with many shops and restaurants around it. You’re also within walking distance to the castle and duomo. The metro is close by as well. We had a great experience at this hotel!"

"Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was...

"The accommodations were very nice and spacious. Close to restaurants and bars. The QR code was a bit difficult to use because the reader was a bit finicky. But it worked. There is no clothes dryer. "

"Check in was very easy. Andrea was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was 5 min walk. Location was fantastic. We were able to do laundry and use the kitchen for some refreshments. Air con was very good and needed during the heat wave. Bed was comfortable and shower was exceptionally. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about Andrea he is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for a wonderful stay."

"A beautiful hotel with the most gracious staff. Luis from the concierge service was so kind to not only guide us and tell us some amazing stories but also helped celebrate my son’s birthday by bringing him some treats. The breakfast staff were also extremely friendly and kind. Rose also made sure the kids were well fed and made them feel so special. Thank you!!"

"The location is near the Duomo Cathedral, within 15 minutes walking distance. It was also near the meeting place of tours. The hotel A/C is working well. I liked that there was a tub. I just wished there was a bathrobe. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff was very nice. What we wished was for the packed breakfast to be better. We left early on the 2 days that we were there and requested for packed food for breakfast. We ended up just drinking the juice."
