Great Hotel

Lovely bg room with balcony overlooking the lake (on 2nd floor), excellent breakfast, freshly baked bread and swiss cheese, nice meats, yoghurt, full selection of coffees, really nice. Given a Montreux Riveria Card on arrival, very friendly and professional check-in, good car parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bathroom slightly dated (perfectly satisfactory) but room modern, clean and big, very comfortable bed. Excellent value.

I cannot thank the staff of this hotel enough. The only criticism I could level is that the fan they put in my room I could have really used from the first day as opposed to the third, because it was really hot the week that I stayed. Apart from that I can't fault them.

Hôtel très propre, personnel agréable. Vue magnifique sur le lac Léman et les montagnes. Toutefois un oubli très important : on ne nous a pas dit comment rentrer dans l hôtel le soir quand il n'y a plus de réception !! Résultat on a cherché pendant 20 minutes avant de trouver et cela à 23h par des températures négatives !

Arrived at the hotel around 7pm and the entrance was locked and there was no one there. Eventually I have to make a roaming call to get a code to enter the hotel. Then cannot find my name among the few keys placed on the front desk. Had to make a second roaming call to get to know which room I was allocated. All the savings for picking the hotel evaporated! And of course by the next morning the restaurant was not opened at 7am as advertised to serve breakfast so I have no choice but to pack up and seek breakfast elsewhere. No air conditioning inside the room and the room was rather hot until very late hours.
