The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start."

"Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights."

"We really liked the staff! Everyday the ladies that came to clean and cook and help guests out were always able and ready to help and offer cooked breakfast such as scrambled eggs etc and were knowledgeable and always happy and friendly!
We had a great stay over our time and the building’s location across the road from Palermo Central station was an ideal base to get to and from.
On our first evening there was an issue with there being no hot water due to an problem with the water in the...

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

"When we arrived just as check was closing Emiliano waited for us and gave us a lot of information about the area and where to go etc. breakfast was a great selection of a continental buffet and was laid out by a very cheerful lady , I forgot to ask her name and it is served on the roof terrace with a beautiful view of a lovely part of Palermo. The room we had was modern and nice and was great for all our needs.
Thanks Emiliano for your help and for the cleaner and the cheerful lady who did the...

"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...
