I was quite disappointed in this Best Western. I chose the property because we had a great stay at a Best Western in Page,AZ. However, this one, not so much.
It was Mother’s Day when we checked in. I think they had some staff call out that day. Okay, fine, we were patient with the staff- they were doing the best they could.
However, our room was disappointing. The beds were horrible…we sunk into the mattress and it was not comfortable. Okay, still could deal with it.
What was unacceptable was zero hot water in the shower. It wasn’t even luke warm. Also, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. That was disappointing.
The hotel was safe and it wasn’t noisy, so that was good. The pool wasn’t open yet. It’s a pretty small town, but considered big for this part of the US, so there was shopping and dining options.
