We were not able to stay for breakfast. I reserved a suite since our adult daughter was traveling with us. The suite was perfect. We had 3 queen beds and one was in a separate room. we each had our own bed and were well rested in the morning. Thank you!
Large room, plenty of space. Allowed early check-in for infant nap. Would definitively stay here again.

Clean room, comfy beds. The heater did make a constant, high-pitched buzzing noise.

The room was clean but it was a bit older and could use an update. It still had the lower, standard height toilet, the bath/shower drained a little slow with over excess caulking around the tub and sink area. The bed was comfortable but the bed frame sounded as if it might collapse. I liked the amenities in the room. It had the normal stuff like an iron and ironing board and a blow-drier. But, it also had a refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig type coffee maker! I chose this hotel because they offered a full breakfast. The breakfast was good and offered eggs, sauage, with potatoes one day and biscuit and gravy the next dat. Also, they served waffles, assorted cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee, milk and some fruit. Being a pet lover, they allow pets. This was good for my sister in-law and her husband because they had a small dog. It might be a good idea not to room guests with pets next to guests without pets. The room wasn't refreshed while we were gone and had ask for clean towels when we returned. However, thi didn't happen again. Overall, a good, clean safe stay.
Indoor and outdoor were out of order - and that was a big reason we chose the location. Bad advertising and will get you in big trouble with false advertising laws if not fixed ASAP. Or your ads adjusted accordingly.
The rooms were nice and clean. the lady at the front desk was super helpful. We will stay there again if we ever come through again.

Average hotel with a toe nail as an add on.
The rooms were older. They were surface clean but we found a toe nail on the clean bed sheets. Pretty Gross. Breakfast was decent for what was offered and the staff were very attentive.
After checking in, we went to our room and found someone had been using the bed. Also bathroom toiletries had been used and towels were left on the beds. This hotel is old and is in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. The carpet is dirty and there's an unpleasant odor in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We immediately checked out and found a better hotel.
The overall condition of the room seemed very poor -- like it has not been remodeled since the late 90s. The door would not lock properly, so one of us had to stay in the room at all times. There were flies and moths in the room due to a left open bathroom windows without a proper insects net. I had to kill them before we went to sleep. The sheets were with questionable cleanliness, discolored and I reluctantly slept in them, because I had no choice. Not the greatest experience with a very expensive for the quality price tag. Never again.
The place was fine but checking in was terrible. We had a reservation which the girl at the desk was able to find and confirm but she couldn’t process the payment. She said it wasn’t our card but an issue with the third party provider but couldn’t elaborate other than their card wouldn’t work. We were asked to step out of line and contact the 3rd party provider (TPP). We did this via chat but felt that wasn’t our job. When they called her to resolve the issue, she had people in line so she asked the TPP to call back in 10 minutes. She checked all those other people in then said she’d help us and asked if we contacted them. We said yes and called her out for asking the TPP rep to call back. She asked what I wanted her to do and I advised “Solve the problem and let us go to our room.” Without talking to anyone the issue magically cleared up. We will not stop there again. Terrible customer service!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I understand it has new owners who are going to do a lot of work to update the property. It needs it. Staff was nice but the property has been neglected. Worst Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Hopefully the new owners will make the needed updates and improvements.
this was more like a motel than a hotel, the floors were filthy to the point where our fleet turned black, and the wifi wouldnt work. then our key stopped working hours before we checked out. you could get much nicer for $225/night.
typical Hampton Inn, only had a "bad" experience once where I didn't think the property didn't measured up to my Hampton Inn expectations, that was in Evanston WY
