Towards Girt A bridleway runs along the crest of Corton Ridge. Views to the east are limited though, except here where we are looking down on Girt (farm) at the eastern edge of the square. Behind, in the next square, is the gap between Parrock Hill (left) and The Beacon (right).

Along Corton Ridge Corton Ridge provides a broad path keeping just to the west (scarp) side of the ridge. Here looking south where the scarp slope is slightly less pronounced.

The Barman, Chris I think! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was there last thing at night and 1st thing in the morning! Always smiling and nothing too much trouble! What a pleasure to me you! Everything was of the highest standard and the breakfast was excellent!
