"This is an old dated motel. The carpet looked dirty, the shower restroom is old definitely recommend using shower shoes. But with all that the owner is very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable, heat/air con works and my pup loved it. If you are looking for an updated, very clean place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a pet friendly motel to just get some sleep in, then this is your go to place. I would stay here again."

"hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. "

"Everything about my hotel stay was what I expected. The room/hotel facility was identical to the beautiful pictures I viewed online. Plus every single staff member I came across was professional. I felt comfortable my entire visit. I will be reserving again the near future."

"There is no breakfast. It says a heated pool, but it was freezing and full of hair. No filter going at all for it! Staff was very short and snippy when we would ask any questions"

"Miss lead. Specifically asked about pool and was told it would be opened. Arrived and closed entire time we're booked. Have children on this vacation. I did not receive notification it was closed. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic. Said I could get a room somewhere else. Traveled along day to have to figure it out at a moments notice. Heat on room could've adjust. Same employee told me to wait he'd be up later to check out...was a switch on wall we found ourselves. Rooms are clean,...

"Not the greatest. The comforter smelled like urine, the ceiling was leaking in the morning after it had rainied, and noisy neighbors. "

"Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. "

"The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. "

"After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...
