"The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

"Good: Felt very safe at the accommodation and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay and recommend to others. Very walkable to everything you need (shops) and to walk around Budapest.
The self check in and access to rooms was cool and easy, only comment is that it becames a bit clunky and slow to use when going through multiple doors and when your phone is trying to connect to the WiFi.
Bad/ but not really bad is the kitchen area can be loud when other people are using it and talking at...
