"Great Hotel! The customer service was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, cafe had great coffee and snacks and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and so comfortable. Ralphs restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this Hotel!"

"Very attentive and friendly staff. Clean, bright, well maintained. Breakfast area open and welcoming. Food was good, nice variety and good coffee. Pool was nice, good temperature, and clean, it could use an update with brighter colors, but still nice. Room comfortable and clean. Beds nice. "
"This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there."

A couple of times we needed front staff, only to find them out front smoking. But overall, would stay here again."
