"First time in 25 years of traveling with the family that we couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so little to no alternative. Ended up outside at the rooftop, but on a 36c hot day, it was less that enjoyable. Fortunately the staff on the rooftop was outstanding and helped make our stay more enjoyable. "Very basic still quite expensive"

"2 pillows, blanket & brown shag carpet in room smelled. We tried asking the front desk for a change but they spoke no English. We asked Expedia to check & help but they were also told to call the next day when someone English speaking maybe at front desk. Room appeared clean otherwise but foul smelling bedding and old brown shaggy carpet ruined our stay unfortunately. Hotel front desk also said no room change was possible since they were sold out."

"Convenient, refreshing stay close to the airport with great public transportation options (free) into the center city, museums and sites. Very comfortable, modern, light-filled room. Staff amazing, helpful and insightful. Would stay again for all these reasons."

"While not downtown, the hotel is clean and easily accessible by local transit (or highway, if one is driving). Staff were very helpful, and also provided a local transit pass for the duration of my stay."

"Advertising stated that the hotel was close to the geneva airport. This was true BUT in rush hour in a taxi, it cost me 42 CF to the trip and again 23 CF next moring (that was at 6:30 am and no traffic!!) The food options for supper at the hotel were excellent and much appreciated having it right there. I did not take breakfast buffet since the taxi cost so much!"

"Location was good. Well connected. But the amenities were falsely stated. The property didn’t have any air conditioner as mentioned in the listing. After repeated requests they provided with floor fans but to limited respite."

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets.
