"A very good hotel in an excellent location. Clean, spacious, modern room. A very good breakfast buffet with a lot of selections. What is most noteworthy is the staff. Andre and his wife at the reception desk were welcoming, personable and very helpful with local knowledge and advice. At breakfast Toni and Antonio took great care to insure that all was in order and well stocked. Such was the care, that Toni actually would frequently stir the food in the steam trays to insure that the food still...

"The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩 "

"Masseria San Francesco é um hotel excelente, com quartos charmosos, funcionários gentis e uma estrutura encantadora. Apenas alguns pontos poderiam melhorar: a academia está muito abaixo do padrão, não há cortesia de água ou café no quarto (e cobram até pelo solúvel), e o ar-condicionado não dá conta do tamanho do quarto. Ainda assim, nada disso tira o mérito tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa."
