"I highly recommend The Trogon Lodge. The staff at the reception desk, the restaurant and the bar/café were super kind and helpful. The new manager is doing a great job. "The vista on property was beautiful but the room we booked was suppose to overlook the lake and volcano but we got placed in a room that mainly overlooked the parking lot for the sky adventure park with some views of the lake visible. There were horse flies everywhere and tons of dead flies all over the floor in the room and in the curtains on the bed and in the bathtub. The traffic up to the adventure park was very loud. And there were no amenities on the property. But the lady on site...
