"What a unique stay! Bungalows are in the woods surrounded by nature. We felt secluded and enjoyed the wildlife all around us. The hiking trails were wonderful, and the staff friendly and helpful. "So, I loved it so much I came back for another stay. I started my 3 week tour of Costa Rica here in this villa and at the end of my trip I adjusted my plans and made sure to return back to Tamarindo and stay a few more nights because I enjoyed the stay that much. "Kaluma Villas was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed in the deluxe chalet which was very spacious and clean, and was fully equipped in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The private pool was a very nice feature. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, with great suggestions on supermarkets/restaurants/activities etc. Highly recommended staying here!"

"Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle"
