"The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was very refreshing. However, one thing you have to watch out for is if you ask them to call your cab, it may cost you a little bit more because they’ll go through a licensed service for instance it cost us 5 1/2 euros to come back from the train station to the hotel but when we left the hotel in the morning, it appeared to cost us 25 euros. my advice is when you ask them to order you a cab you make sure it’s not from a private company."

"my friends and I loved our time here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean, they offer every amenities under the sun including a pillow menu. The staff was all super sweet, helpful and accommodating to early check in and late check outs. 100% recommend for anyone in visiting Porto especially for those who like having privacy since the rooms are apartment layouts. Also loved the 24 hour garden, great for anyone who likes staying up late and just hanging out in a calm environment."
