"I will start by saying the staff was acceptable, this is not necessarily about them. Stayed 9 nights, most all had excessively loud music blaring until 3am+ as the plaza entrance to the hotel is the preferred kids/young adult hangout. Found it incredibly hard to get any semblance of sleep. Asked desk to switch rooms, none offered. My reservation stated Panoramic Double or Twin Room, Sea View.
